1.  Managing Your Business: Financials: Cash Flow is King

The most crucial stages in starting a business are the early stages. Many potentially great businesses fail because they do not have enough capital to cover both start-up and emergency expenses. Understanding cash flow is a key element to sustaining a successful business. This session will teach you how to determine:

•How much financing is needed to start your business;
•How much is needed to cover your expenses;
•How much you can pay yourself.
